Stamping Blindfolded!

I spent some time on the weekend housesitting for Nanna Papercraft.

Of course I had a play in the craft room while I was there!  But it was like stamping blindfolded – I could find anything!!!

Isn’t it funny how you get used to your own system of storage & organisation!

I got there in the end but it took lots of hunting to make this baby card.

One of the best parts of being in someone else’s craft room is using stamp sets that you haven’t yet gotten around to owning.

I haven’t yet acquired the Baby Bear stamp set – but thought it would be fun to play with!

Did you know…. Baby Bear was the most popular un-bundled stamp set in the 2016-2017 catalogue!

It’s easy to see why – the texture and detail in the bear is beautiful!

Thanks Nanna P for letting me roam free in your craft room.  If there’s anything missing, it wasn’t me!

You can participate too – it’s easy!  Just choose a sample, feature or element of the Sale-A-Bration catalogue – pages 12-15 and make it the starting point of your own creation.  You can copy the entire project or be inspired by the elements.

My catalogue inspiration today was the set of cards made by the Stampin’ Up! creative team using the All Occasions stamp set.

One of the things I love most about CASEing the Catty is the layout inspiration – it’s always a wonderful starting point!

I turned the card at the bottom right into a wedding card…

And the card at the top left into a monster birthday card…

There’s still 5 more cards in that photo that could be your starting point!  Don’t forget to join us on Facebook!

You’ll also get lots of inspiration by following the blog hop around.

Next up on the list is the fabulous Rebecca Scurr
