Oh So Popular Daisy Punch!

Stampin’ Up! customers loves a good punch bundle – and the Daisy punch with coordinating Daisy Delight stamp set has been a hit!

During the demonstrator pre-order period and the first 2 weeks of the catalogue, we’ve bought & sold so many Daisy punches that the company is unable to keep up with supply!

That’s amazing!!!

So, from tonight, this punch will temporarily be turned unorderable until more stocks arrive in late July.

If it’s on your wishlist, but you haven’t ordered it yet, you may still be able to sneak in an order today.

Daisy Punch

$31.00

You can continue to order the stamp set, but as the punch is unavailable, the bundle will become unorderable also.

We loved using it at my launch on the weekend.

This is the other make & take card that attendees created.

The punch is wonderfully efficient, but fussy cutting the daisies is totally possible (just ask Linda!!!!).

The patterns the Delightful Daisy DSP are gorgeous and will also continue to be available!

So, although we’ll be eagerly awaiting the return of the daisy punch, there’s plenty of beautiful products in this suite that you can buy to fulfil your daisy needs!

Pretty gems anyone???  PS, these are amazing with the Eastern Palace suite!

If you miss out on the Daisy punch and would like to be notified when it comes back into stock, let me know!

{LOVE} Paper? Read on…

Pretty patterned paper is always one of my favourite new catalogue products!

I have a wonderful collection and like to use it regularly!

Nothing brightens up a card like a piece of DSP!!!

But, of course with 14 new designs in the catalogue (actually 15 if you count the Fresh Floral In Colour stack), that’s a lot of DSP to collect.

Of course, buying full packs of each design add a substantial cost to your wishlist!

I’d like to help out by coordinating a paper share.

You’ll get 102 sheets of beautiful new DSP in 6″x6″ size.  All for the low cost of $43.

Postage is available Australia wide for just $7 if required (total cost of the paper share with postage is $50).

Each paper share includes at least one of each design in each pack, except specialty packs where designs will be allocated randomly.

Random allocation of specialty papers enabled me to keep the costs low.

The Fresh Florals Paper Stack is not including in this DSP share.

But all the designs shown below are!

People often tell me how much they love participating in paper shares.  They end up with paper that they never thought they’d love – but they do!  They have a range of colours & designs on hand for any occasion.  And it’s a great way to work out which designs you’d like to buy a full pack of.

The 6″x6″ sheets are a great size.  You get one full standard card front, plus a strip for another card or project, or you can keep at 6″ size and create 3D projects.

Sound like something that will get this new catalogue started in style for you???

Fill in your details below and I’ll contact you to finalise the details:

This paper share is open to Australian residents, including Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.

You’re going to love having so much paper to play with!

Stamping Sunday Blog Hop – Eastern Palace Suite

I’m excited today to share that I’ll be joining a group of international demonstrators in a monthly blog hop!

Welcome to the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop hosted by Sara Levin, a demonstrator in the US, who has brought us together to share projects inspired by a suite or theme.

It was perfect timing this month for the Eastern Palace suite with pre-release starting tomorrow.

You can find all the products details for this beautiful suite at the end of this post.

For me, one of the most amazing things about this suite is the Eastern Medallion Thinlits – and they inspired the design of my projects today.

For my first project, I used the floral dies for this Eastern posy, combined with the Everyday Jars Framelits – which are carrying over into the new catalogue.

As I’ve already shared a few samples with you for the Eastern Palace Suite {I was lucky enough to get this in my display box}, I wanted to stray away from the deep & majestic colours of the suite, and try it out in some sweeter colours.  I kept the gold influence though!

The flowers are cut from watercoloured paper in Sweet Sugarplum, Daffodil Delight & Pool Party.  Using watercolor paper adds some great texture!

As do those Gold Faceted Gems in the middle of my flowers.  They technically aren’t part of this suite, but they may as well be – they go so well!

The beautiful gold DSP is one of the specialty pages from the Eastern Palace DSP, and the cute Fresh Fig tassel comes in a pack with Tranquil Tide & Gold (so luxurious!).

My second project to share with you is a coordinating set of gift tags using the Eastern Medallion dies to create a doily.  For me, this is a sensational feature of this Thinlit set!

Many of the dies in this set are designed to only just the middle section out.  This means you can change the layering, create borders if you need them and snip the edges free to make pretty shapes.

For these tags I have layered them with the sweet colours used in my card, added some gold bling and a sentiment.

The sentiments are from the Eastern Beauty stamp set.

Some of them are designed on a natural curve, but being photopolymer stamps, I was able to bend them into a straight shape to create little sentiments for my tags.

Thanks for joining me today for my first Stamping Sunday contribution, and thanks to Sara for inviting me to participate.

Click on the blue frog to see the list of participants in the hop.  If you love this suite, you won’t want to miss seeing what my clever crafty friends made!

OnStage 2017 – Prize Patrol Swaps

I’m so excited for my Paper Adventures team to be participating in their first blog/FB hop!

We are delighted for Melissa Gifford to be joining us as a guest designer, as we had the pleasure of sitting with her at OnStage.

Thanks for joining us!!!

We’ve got a great theme today – cards/projects made using the stamp sets we got for our Prize Patrol.

What’s a Prize Patrol?  Glad you asked!  Prize Patrol is a wonderful part of each Stampin’ Up! event where you are allocated a colour/pattern/design and at key moments of the event, they choose one of those colours as the Prize Patrol winner.  In recent events, every colour has been called, which means that we all go home with a lovely gift.

At OnStage, the gifts were all stamp sets that will appear in the 2017-2019 Annual Catalogue.

Across a table of 8, I think we got 6 different sets to take home – so lots of variety to share today!

Look for the link at the end of each blog or FB page to take you to the next creation.  I’ll also post a full list at the bottom of this post in case you get lost.

I felt very lucky to receive the Ribbon of Courage stamp set as my Prize Patrol.

This set was designed by Patty Bennett to celebrate her sales milestone of $1 million!  You can read her story here.

I know there are lots of crafters who are going to love this stamp set & coordinating framelits, and all that it represents.

For my swap, I have paired the stamp set with some of the beautiful patterns from the upcoming Fresh Florals DSP Stack.

I used the two pink tones from the new In Color Collection –

To show my team a different type of card fold, I used a simple but effective design called a flip flop card, or a double fold card.

This is the top view…

The measurements for this style of card:

  • Cut a card base (4-1/8″ x 8-1/4″), score at 5-7/8″
  • DSP for base: 3-7/8″ x 5-5/8″
  • DSP for flap: -7/8″ x 2-1/8″
  • Flap 2: 6″ x 3″, scored at 3″
  • Flap 2 mat: 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″

Thanks again for being with us for our first team blog hop.

We hope to make this a regular event now that the team are sharing more of their projects online.

If you’re interested in joining Stampin’ Up! and our Paper Adventures team, you can find more information here.

Next up on the blog hop is Sheila Pybus – you’ll be going to Facebook for this one.

Don’t forget there’s a full list of participants at the bottom of this post if you need it.

OnStage 2017 Display Board Samples

Are you ready for more OnStage sharing?

So far I’ve shared…

It really was a sensational event where I indulged my love of stamping.

The final piece of my OnStage experience was being selected as a Display Board Stamper.  This involves getting a box of not yet released products and making 15 samples to display on a board at the OnStage event.

All these opportunities have left me feeling very humbled & honored!!!

I had a great array of products in my box including the Eastern Beauty stamp set and accessories, new In Colors, Five for All stamp set, Circle Tab punch, Decorative Ribbon Border punch, Thick Very Vanilla cardstock, ribbons, sequins, washi, bags & more.

This is my board:

Theme 1 for my creations was the new In Colours – me oh my!!!

I’ve already shown you the Decorative Ribbon Border punch & 2017-2019 In Colors in my In Color Reveal post.

Here’s a couple more In Colour creations…

My beautiful girls enjoying feeding the birds at the Wildlife Park in Bunbury.

A cello bag shaker card using the 2″ cello bags, deconstructed gold Striped Treat Bag and new Iridescent Sequin Assortment.

And a bookmark using Powder Pink, Calypso Coral ombre ribbon and gold mini sequin trim!!!

Theme 2 for my display board sample was the Eastern Beauty stamp set.  This is on pre-release for demonstrators during April and customers during May.

You don’t have to wait until June to be able to make beautiful projects like these.

Clear Tiny Treat box with Eastern Palace DSP, gold sequin trim, shimmer ribbon, gold vinyl stickers & Eastern Beauty flowers.

More of that amazing black shimmer ribbon!

Stunning trims – sequins & ombre ribbon with the Circle Tab punch in gold.

Using the Eastern Palace suite in a Dapper Denim, Gold & Vanilla colour combination.

Using the New In Colors – Tranquil Tide & Fresh Fig with the Eastern Palace suite.

Theme 3 is takes a completely different turn – and I will share that with you in detail tonight when my Just Add Ink post goes live!

Thanks for taking the time to look at my samples.

I love to share, so if anything you see will work for your catalogue launch, workshop or blog, take the ideas you need!
