Social Stamping | Snailed It

On Sunday I shared a sneak peek of one of the cards we made for Social Stamping (see that post here). I’ve been getting around to blogging these cards all week but between work, kids and my new Stampin’ Up! supplies arriving, it just hasn’t happened – until now! I’m at the hairdressers and what better way to pass the time while the colour sets than by blogging some cute cards.

Just like the other card, there were lots of colour options to choose from in this Snailed It set of cards. This is one of my favourite bundles (Snailed It stamp set and Snail Dies) from the Jan-June 2021 Mini Catalogue. Unfortunately it hasn’t carried over into the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue, so if it’s on your wish list, then you’ll want to make sure you add it to an order some time in the next month. It officially retires at the end of June, but the availability of products isn’t guaranteed after the official retirement list is released (expect that early – mid June).

The basic stamping and layouts were the same using the envelope from the Kangaroo & Company stamp set (doesn’t that coordinate well!) but stampers got to choose between –

POOL PARTY

SOFT SUCCULENT

SO SAFFRON

BLUSHING BRIDE

The label dies on the cards are from the Stitched Rectangle Dies and the Hippo & Friends Dies. The ‘happy mail’ sentiment is punched out using the Postage Stamp Punch.

Do you have a favourite colour snail from the set? I can’t decide between Blushing Bride and Soft Succulent. At Social Stamping, So Saffron was the most popular choice!

If you’d like to try stamping out, meet new crafters and enjoy a cup of coffee, we’d love to have you join us on Monday.

RSVP isn’t essential, but let me know if you plan to be there and I’ll make sure to put a kit aside for your arrival.

Blog post done – now it’s time for the shampoo and head massage part of my appointment. Without a doubt, my favourite part of getting my hair cut!!!
