Colour INKspiration #38

Hello!  Happy Wednesday and welcome to our second Colour INKspiration challenge of the month.

It’s a wonderful photo inspiration today that brings us pretty pinks combined with strong neutrals.

No automatic alt text available.

I thought it was time that I put the Botanical Bliss bundle to work.  I’ve had this since my very first order – I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to get it out!

The birds are my favourite of the dies, so I wanted to make them the centrepiece of my card.

This design is very CAS (clean & simple), letting the neutrals set the base of the card, the pinks add some pop and the trim do the embellishing.

I feel like the Subtle Embossing Folder is my new staple – it seems to give just the right finish to almost every card!!!

  1. LOve the clean and simple look, and yes, the subtle folder really is the best! I love the texture of the ribbon with the die cut image. Perfect.

  2. Such a pretty way to use that tag topper die! The embossing folder is amazing – I’ve only had it a few days and already it is a favourite. It’s the quiet achiever of the catalogue!
