We’re ending your Easter long weekend with a Stamp Review Crew hop.
The theme this week is the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set from the Annual Catalogue. Currently, it’s bundled with the awesome Happy Birthday Thinlit.
I love the fonts in this set – plus all the other images! Balloons, flowers & more!
This is the card I made for today’s hop. I styled it using the theme from the catalogue – where it’s matched with the Foil Frenzy DSP.
The coordinating colour for the foil DSP is Berry Burst (used as the card base) – which we will see in the next catalogue since it’s part of the current In Color set. But Sweet Sugarplum is part of the outgoing set – so I’m using it as much as I can!
Other than losing those 5 colours (Dapper Denim, Emerald Envy, Flirty Flamingo, Peach Peekaboo & Sweet Sugarplum), there’s no guarantees about what we’ll see carrying through to the next Annual Catalogue. I am hopeful about keeping some of my favourite products!!
This card isn’t new to my blog, but in case you didn’t see it when I shared it last year for a Just Add Ink challenge, I wanted to share this very Australian Christmas card using the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamps to create gumnuts!
Thanks for joining us today!
Get another cuppa & Easter egg ready and keeping hopping to visit my sweet friend Holly & see what’s she’s made.
Loving the bright colors and those foils! Your ballons are sweet as can be tied with that ribbon! Delightful card!
I love how you added dimension to the balloons with the white embossing, Kelly. So pretty!
Live the extra shininess with the Foil Frenzy and foul doily! I’m going to miss the retiring In Colors, too. Maybe some will be back in the next color refresh. (One can hope, right?)
Love the fold and the metallic doily behind! Such a great idea!
Such a fun, interesting layout. Love the balloons embossed with white.
Awesome Card! I too was so drawn to the fonts in this set. I love your Christmas card now that is truly brilliant!
