Welcome to the design team blog hop for the CASEing the Catty Sunday Challenge.
Each Sunday the Crew create using the pages of the Stampin’ Up! catalogues as inspiration. We then open up the challenge to you and wait excitedly for you to share your projects with us on our Facebook group. Click here to visit the challenge page
This week’s theme is the Painted with Love pages from the Occasions catalogue -pages 18-21.
.
You may like to CASE (copy and selectively edit or copy & share everything) the layout, colours, styling or other feature that catches your attention.
I loved this trio of tags….
I converted this concept to a card to create an anniversary card for Nanna & Grandad Papercraft. They celebrated 39 years of marriage this weekend!!!
Here’s a close up & break down of each panel.
I used slightly different materials to the catalogue – because I don’t own everything (sad, I know!). But that’s the beauty of CASEing – you make it fit with your supplies.
Left panel – uses the hearts from Yay You! stamp set (host set in the Occasions catalogue), a Sweet & Sassy heart from Petal Garden DSP, Island Indigo ombre ribbon and sentiment from Petal Palette stamp set.
Middle panel – trio of hearts using the heart die from the Lots to Love Box Framelits (two in Pool Party, one using Petal Garden DSP), Whisper White Baker’s Twine bow and love sentiment from Petal Palette stamp set.
Right panel – heart in Petal Garden DSP, sentiment from Milestone Moments stamp set and Island Indigo ombre ribbon.
I loved this card from concept to a finished creation. The Stampin’ Up! concept artists have such beautiful designs in each catalogue and it’s always a pleasure to find the creative spark in the catalogue pages.
Next up on the blog hop is the gorgeous Megan Lenske…
Thanks for joining me and for your lovely comments. I read & cherish each and every one of them.
