I’m not sure I’m the most popular person on the Just Add Ink Design Team at the moment after suggesting this juicy little challenge!
Who’s up for using a Birthday stamp set to create a Christmas card???
To meet the guidelines of this challenge, you must use a set that is traditionally used for birthdays (or contains a birthday sentiment) – and use it to make a Christmas card!!!
Of course, making a Christmas card with just a birthday set is tricky, so feel free to add in another set to tie your project together.
I used the Birthday Delivery stamp set – which I have been promising myself to get inky for a while now.
The characters are just so cute!
Here’s the sweet little girl looking in on a lit up Christmas tree…
The ‘greetings’ is from the same stamp set, but I’ve borrowed the Christmas from Santa’s Sleigh stamp set.
The white on white embossing paste was a lovely texture for my wall…
Please join us for this fun challenge. It seems a little strange at first – but embodies what I love about challenges – it stretches your creativity to a really fun place!
Enter your creation over at the Just Add Ink blog.
The other design team cards are here too – there’s a great assortment of wonderful creativity.
Hopefully they loved the creative challenge as much as I did!
