There are lots of amazing new catalogue projects – but the Happy Birthday Thinlit (and coordinating stamp set if you love a bundle) is a ‘must-have’ for every craft room.
The font is lovely, the size is great and although we’ve had lots of great words in the past, there’s been a definite gap in the birthday zone.
Not anymore…

Check out this cute card I made for my friend – another Kelly – using her birthday balloon present as the inspiration for the design.
This is the balloon…
Which I recreated using the Happy Birthday Thinlit in silver glimmer, the star flourish from the Star of Light stamp set (which has carried over to the new catalogue) – heat embossed in white and then I scattered the card base with gold glimmer & shimmery white spots.
There’s a second layer of Happy Birthday behind the silver – this gives it a lift! And of course vellum to ‘frame’ it.
Coordinating cards & gifts are always a favourite of mine!
It’s the magic of being able to create something really special & really personal!!!
I know I’ll be using the Happy Birthday Thinlits to make lots of cards this year!
If you {NEED} them in your craft stash, check with your local demo. If that’s me, you can order in my online store or send me an email.
Love it!!!! I love how you got your inspiration from the balloon & pulled off an amazing card!
