What a well-timed challenge it is for Just Add Ink this week – “Just Add Tags“.
It’s been all about the gift tags this week in my house as I finish off gifts for teachers, coaches and other special ‘helpers’ in our life.
It’s also been a good chance to give some of my new products a test drive.
This month, demonstrators are pre-ordering their favourite products from the upcoming Occasions & Sale-A-Bration catalogues (released 4th Jan 2017).
Like this cute “Oh So Succulent stamp set” – that’s the perfect pairing for the “Helping Me Grow stamp set” from the Annual Catalogue.
How gorgeous are these succulents from The Fairy Gardener???
The handle die from the Everyday Jars Framelits set makes the perfect succulent plant pot!
I’ve only just added the Cheerful Tags Framelits to my collection – and I’m glad I did.
They are a great size and I love the fold over design. They fit beautifully into the label stakes I bought from Bunnings!!!
Not all awesome craft supplies come from a craft store!
My gift tag project didn’t stop there – I had a happy coincidence with the jars I bought from Kmart to package some yummy Margaret River Chocolate Company chocolate pastelles for more presents this season.
The label stakes fit through the hole in the top where the straw was!!!
Don’t you just love it when craft projects come together.
T
That’s a win!!!
Do you spy another new product?
That’s right – we’re getting dragonfly dies and stamps!!! I know these are going to be a hit – they are already one of my pre-order favourites!
Once everything was tagged, it was time to bag it all up ready for gift giving.
Luckily, Stampin’ Up! has an awesome range of cello bags.
The succulents were a perfect fit in 6″ x 17″ Gusseted Cellophane Bags from the Holiday Catalogue and the chocolates are nice & cozy in some retired 4″ x 10″ cello bags I still have.
It’s nice to be able to give super cute gifts this season!!!
Which kind of gift would you prefer? Chocolate or plant???
I’ll take both, thanks!!!
Please join us at Just Add Ink for the challenge to add a tag. It can be a tag on a gift, a set of tags, a tag on a card – or your own creative interpration of adding a tag!!! Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
