Happy {SPOOKY} Sunday and welcome to our last CTC blog hop for October.
Since Halloween is tomorrow, we’re CASEing the Halloween Night section of the catalogue – but I suspect there will be far more fun than freaky in this South Pacific journey!
I just love the framed art in the middle – and although I have friends with Halloween birthdays, I think (like Christmas babies) they’d be unimpressed with a themed card.
But, along those lines of thought, I think the layout & colours would be perfect for a birthday boy!
My first share for today is fairly similar to the inspiration pic – just transformed to card size & birthday theme!
My second card is a variation uses the sketch/colours as a starting point, to end up with this…
I find myself going to the catalogue more & more lately to start my projects off! There’s something inspiring on every page!
And even more inspiration when you join the CTC hops too!
Today’s travel will take you backwards to the awesome creativity of Rachel Palmieri or onwards to the fine art of Krissy Buck.
If you’d like to join us at CASEing the Catty, please share your project by clicking on the link below. Fun or freaky, we want to see what catalogue inspired lovelies you’re creating!
