It’s challenge time at Just Add Ink and this week the design team are sharing projects inspired by the letter “G”…
It might the colour, theme, shape or embellishment – it just has to incorporate “G”.
To see what the design team has created – visit the Just Add Ink blog here.
You can also add your own entry – we’d really like you to play along!!!
For my project this week, I wanted to try out a card that emulates a graffiti style.
I admire legal & well completed graffiti – it can be a great work of art!
I created my graffiti wall by first watercolouring a piece of Watercolor Paper in a random pattern using Crushed Curry, Dapper Denim, Island Indigo & Cherry Cobbler inks.
Because I’m impatient, I dried it off with my heat tool on the lowest setting. Watercoloring always looks much better when it’s dry!
I then ran it through my Big Shot in the Brick Wall embossing folder.
With the “G” theme today, I couldn’t resist using gold glimmer paper for my graffiti writing, which I created using my Silhouette Cameo & the WHOA! font (you can download this here).
Thanks for stopping by today!
Be sure to check out the rest of the design team creations & enter your own “G” project!
