Guess what???
I’ve been asked to design for the Just Add Ink team for the next 3 months.
This is my first project – Just Add Ink – #332 Colour Challenge.
I’m in love with all things “Cookie Cutter” from the Holiday Catalogue at the moment and this includes the Halloween set.
I’m not thinking Halloween though…
The wrapped up mummy makes a great centrepiece for a get well soon card!
The middle panel is made using the post-it note technique – have you tried this?
Cut your panel to size, then using the long edge of a large post-it note, sponge ink along – moving your post it note regularly to get a striped effect.
Some of the ink will go on the post-it note, some will go on your cardstock – creating a striped pattern.
I used three of the challenge colours (Blushing Bride, Pumpkin Pie & Daffodil Delight) in a criss-cross pattern to emulate a bandage style.
Thanks to JAI for the opportunity to join the team.
