Time for a Challenge – 2 cards, 1 sketch, 2 colour combinations!

This week, it’s a whole bundle of challenges all in one post.  I’ve taken the Freshly Made Sketches sketch #186 and combined it with 2 different colour challenges.

This is the sketch:

And I’ve teamed it with the ESAD Demo Designs challenge by Richelle Fletcher:

And also the Just Add Ink #262 colour challenge by Di Barnes {go to Di’s blog and check out her JAI sample card – it’s stunning!):

Like a proud parent I can’t choose which version I like best.  I do know that I {LOVE} the tulips and have everything crossed that this makes the carryover list once the Occasions catalogue finishes on 2nd June.  Kelly x

  1. LOVE the second tulip card, Kelly. You’ve used the challenge colours beautifully, and I’m rather partial to a woodgrain background! Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink.

  2. Your tulips are lovely Kelly, they really pop on the hardwood background, it’s such a lovely clean card. Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink.

  3. I love the layout & elements in both cards, Kelly but I must choose number 2 as my fave….& not just because I chose the challenge colours & they include some of my favourites 🙂
The pretty tulips look so great with the hardwood background & the sentiment is a perfect choice too. Thanks for playing along with Just Add Ink again & the ESAD challenge.
    Inky hugs, Di

  4. Both great cards – I love how you have scattered the Pearls and Rhinestones and the use of linen thread. Chantell JAI

  5. Beautiful card Kelly and I really love the woodgrain background! Thanks for playing along with us at Just Add Ink 🙂
