Just Add Another Baby!

When Alexa was just 4 weeks old, I joined a playgroup and we have met every week every since.  We started with 9 babies & 9 Mummies and ‘baby, we’ve grown’!  The count at present is 12 Mummies & 20 kidlets.  Sometime this month, we will add our 21st little person.

To celebrate the impending arrival, we’ve put together a box of goodies.  Good timing for the Just Add Ink challenge this week, which Is “Just Add Baby“.  No pink or blue here, I’ve gone for bright & bold gender neutral colours since we won’t know if baby is a boy or a girl until it joins us (my money is on boy!).  I used the Flashback DSP as my colour palette inspiration – it’s not quite the traditional subtles of a baby card!

This present also gave me a reason to try out yet another Pinterest idea – a baby version of the Curvy Keepsake Box.  Soooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!  The original was by Karyn and can be found HERE.

My love affair with the Curvy Keepsake Box continues – hilarious considering I didn’t think I’d use it when I first flicked through the catalogue.  The power of Pinterest!  The inspiration is endless!  Kelly x
