Workshop Wonder – Demo Card 4

I made this card and didn’t like it.  But the more I go back to it, the more it grows on me.  I wanted to use the triangle punch, so started with this as a background using it in a repetitive pattern using Old Olive, Gumball Green & Pear Pizzazz.  I mounted this on a 5″x5″ Pistachio Pudding card base.  I then added the polaroid in Basic Black and film strip in Basic Grey from the On Film Framelits.  In matching colours to the triangles, I added chevron arrows using the Chevron Border Punch.  And for a sentiment I used ‘thank you’ from Sassy Saluations framed by one of the Word Bubbles Framelits.  All in all, I think this card has an camo / army look to it and would be perfect for a teenage boy or active male.  And the moral of the story is that there is no such thing as a bad handcrafted card – just a different one! Kelly x
